Total Triage System
The practice operates a Total Triage system – sometime referred to as Clinician led triage. For the majority of patients, this will mean filling in an online form to request a GP appointment. For those not able to do so, telephone access and other contact methods are STILL available. This process is in operation in many GP surgeries across the UK. It means a clinician will be involved in deciding on the next step when a patient request comes into the practice.’ For more on this please see New appointment system in September 2025
