We have a Patient Participation Group (PPG), which represents the interests of registered patients and provides them with a means of communicating with their health care provider.
The Patient Participation Group at the health centre has the following aims;
- To promote the highest possible standard of primary healthcare for patients living in Chipping Norton.
- To work collaboratively to improve services and facilities.
- To support the health centre in understanding patient concerns and developing solutions.

Join our Patient Participation Group
All patients over the age of 16 are eligible to join the Patient Participation Group.
People of all genders, ages, ethnicities, and those with health conditions and disabilities are encouraged to join.
Members should as far as possible, be representative of the surgery population.
