If there is a problem with your test results, or your GP has advice for you following the receipt of your test results they will ask one of our care navigators to contact you with a plan.
Your test result request may take up to 2 working days to be answered. It is important you state a time of day you will be available to answer your telephone.
Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your Patient Access account
- by phoning us on 01608 642742 in the afternoons and we will tell you what the results are
