Pharmaself24 Collections – update 11/08/26

Due to the increase in temperature this week, medications have been temporarily removed from the Pharmaself24 collection machine to ensure they remain stored appropriately.
Your medication is now available for collection from the dispensary.
We will continue to monitor the temperature and aim to resume Pharmaself24 collections as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Pharmaself machine registration

Use this service to register for access to the Pharmaself machine.

You can use this service if you meet both the following criteria:

  • are registered at the surgery
  • are a Dispensing patient

Before you start

We’ll ask you for:

  • your first and last name, date of birth, sex, postcode, email and phone number
  • if applicable, the details of the person you are completing the form on behalf of
