As stated in previous patient communication, the prescriptions voicemail will be switched off at the end of the day on Friday 30th August and you will no longer be able to order medication by phone.
The PPG will be in the practice on Monday 2nd September and Wednesday 4th September from 11am to 12:30pm to help anyone who may have a problem using the NHS app (Please note when we refer to the NHS app this means the app or the website).
If you are housebound and cannot order online, please contact the team at CNHC who will look into an alternative arrangement for you.
You are still able to request medications using your paper slips and there is a secure post box outside the surgery so repeat slips can be dropped off to us 24/7. We are also looking at installing further secure boxes in other locations across our catchment area and more information on this is to follow.
If you are a dispensing patient, please contact the dispensary team who can order your repeat medication for you. You should also contact them if you think you are eligible to be a dispensary patient but are currently not registered.
