We have been reviewing our prescription ordering processes and would like to update you on how this will be changing to make it safer, more efficient and easier for our patients. We will be removing the option of ordering via the phone over the coming months, including leaving a voicemail message. Instead, please use the NHS App or patient access to order. Details of this are available on our website. If you feel this will not be possible for you – please let us know and we will assist you. If you are a dispensing patient, you will soon be able to arrange repeat orders on collection of your regular medication.
