Today was Dr Caroline Keenan’s last working day at Chipping Norton Health Centre. She has cared for each and every patient she has come into contact with great care and kindness and now comes the time for her to retire from general practice.

She will be hugely missed by patients and colleagues alike and I’m sure you will join us in wishing her all the best for the next chapter of her life.

Dr Keenan’s registered patient list will be divided between Dr Chloe Benjamin-Smith and Dr Christian Collins.
