Patient Triage System

Please use our online form to contact the practice, open core surgery hours ONLY.
Please note, we cannot accept any emails or letters from patients with information or requests for our clinical team, all these requests must be submitted via the form, if you are unable to do this, please call us.

Surgery Closure from 1pm on Thursday 10th September for essential staff training.

This closure has been agreed by the local commissioning board (TV ICB) to allow GP practices across Oxfordshire to provide training for their practice team.

If you require medical attention, please do not ring the surgery but contact NHS 111. If you require urgent or immediate treatment, please attend Urgent Care or if life threatening consider attendance at A & E.

For any non-urgent queries or bookings, we would ask that you contact the surgery on an alternative day.
