Practice Closure Today – Thursday 4th December from 1pm

The Practice will be closed for the afternoon on Thursday 4th December 2025 from 1.00pm. This is for essential staff training and is county wide.
Our Dispensary will close at 1pm but will reopen at 4pm.
You can access urgent medical care by dialling 111 or in an emergency calling 999. We will be open as normal on Friday 5th December 2025.

Patient Triage System

Please use our online form to contact the practice, open core surgery hours ONLY.
Please note, we cannot accept any emails or letters from patients with information or requests for our clinical team, all these requests must be submitted via the form, if you are unable to do this, please call us during opening hours.

Measles and covid

We are seeing an increase in cases of measles and covid. To protect both patients and staff at the surgery, please do the following:

  • If you have any respiratory virus symptoms, please wear a mask in the surgery and for the duration of your consultation, unless instructed by the clinician to remove it.
  • If you have a unexplained rash, please make the receptionist aware on arrival as you may be asked to wait in a separate area.
