This is where we post about the number of appointments that aren’t attended and aren’t cancelled.
Unfortunately we have seen an increase.
GP – 105 (33 more than last month)
Nurse – 104
Clinical Pharmacist – 26
Total 235 missed appointments, and that’s a lot of hours of missed appointments in 1 month!
A REMINDER – If you have an appointment booked and you can no longer make it, please cancel so someone else can make use of it.
You can cancel your appointment via the NHS app, the link in your reminder message, on the phone or in person. We hope our new appointment system will help to address this.
