Whilst we are closed, please contact 111 for medical advise that cannot wait.

How can I order my medication.

A reminder for ALL patients.

• By using your NHS account (through the NHS website or in the NHS App)

• using the GP online system: Patient Access

• email bobicb-ox.cnhc.prescriptions@nhs.net

• if you are a dispensary patient, the dispensary team can re-order for you. Please contact them for more information.

• leave your ticked repeat request slip in the letterbox outside the health centre 24/7 or at one of the village shops.

We have installed secure post boxes at the village shops at Charlbury- Londis Fiveways, Long Compton, Chadlington, Enstone, Kingham, Hook Norton and Middle Barton. You can leave your ticked repeat request slip in any of these boxes. It doesnt matter who dispenses your medication. We have also installed one on the villager bus.

We do not take repeat requests over the phone.

If you feel you are unable to order using any of the above methods, please contact our team on 01608 642742 who will be able to advise.

Please note: if you are a non dispensing patient you CANNOT go to the dispensing desk for queries/question or to re-order your medication. The dispensing team can only advise and re-order medicines for dispensing patients. Instead, you must use one of the methods above or ask for advice at the main reception desk.
