New Online Patient Triage System and Closure on 17/10/25

From 1st September 2025, please use our online form to contact the practice, open 8:00am until 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Please note, we cannot accept any emails or letters from patients with information or requests for our clinical team, all these requests must be submitted via the form, if you are unable to do this, please call us during opening hours.

Friday 17th October is the funeral of our colleague and friend Andrina Perry. We will close the practice doors from 10am – 2pm. We will be operating on reduced staffing levels for the whole day on Friday and will deal with same day urgent enquiries ONLY. If you have a routine issue, please contact us on Monday 20th. Whilst we are closed, please contact 111 for medical advise that cannot wait.

Covid and flu Autumn/Winter 2024

CNHC will be offering their patients the covid vaccinations this year alongside the flu vaccination. These vaccinations will be co-administered in Saturday clinics in October.

We will contact you either by phone or text in September if you are eligible. Currently self-booking options are not available (these are links we have previously text patients). If you are in the surgery and think you are in one of the eligible groups, please ask at reception and they can book an appointment for you. Please do not call the practice as we will be unable to cope with the additional call volumes and this could cause delays for those needing medical advice.

Please also keep an eye on our Facebook page and website for updates.

Please note that we will only be vaccinating patients that are registered at Chipping Norton Health Centre and not patients from other practices.

Important: Important information

If you have your flu vaccination elsewhere, we are unable to give you just the Covid vaccine as we are a co-administration clinic.
