We request that you do not assume that a result is normal if we do not contact you. The Health Centre will contact you if there is a significant problem with your results, but please contact us for all results as the clinician may have made some suggestions or advice based on your results even if there is not a significant problem.
The best and easiest way to access your test results without having to phone or visit the Health Centre is to register for online services. This will also give you the ability to check or cancel an appointment, request a repeat prescription, change personal details and view your medical records without visiting the Health Centre. Please visit the ‘Reception & Enquires – Register for online services’ section for more information.
Your test result request may take up to two working days to be answered. It is important you state a time of day you will be available to answer your telephone as due to data protection we cannot provide this information via email unless we have an authorisation to receive test results via email consent form held on record for you. Download and complete the form and return it to the Health Centre, so in future we can communicate by email with you.
