Public health England initiated a programme in April 2018 for a HPV vaccination programme for men who have sex with men. These men can only have the vaccination free of charge at a sexual health or genitourinary clinic.
Unfortunately the funding for the HPV vaccination in this group of patients does not extend to GP surgeries.
