**Chipping Norton Health Centre will close today, Wednesday 24th September, from 1:00pm for essential county wide training, this includes our online services. Our dispensary will also be closed between 1:00-4:00pm today. The practice will re-open as usual from 8:30am tomorrow, Thursday 25th September.**
From 1st September 2025, please use our online form to contact the practice, open 7:30am until 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Please note, we cannot accept any emails or letters from patients with information or requests for our clinical team, all these requests must be submitted via the form, if you are unable to do this, please call us during opening hours.
Dr Hall and Dr Lewis will be running this May in the Coventry and Warwickshire Pretty Muddy 2025 event, part of Race for Life, in support of Cancer Research UK! They will also be joined by other team members in our Primary Care network (PCN)
