Care Navigator

35 hours per week – mixed shift pattern

Main duties will include call handling/booking appointments.

Previous experience with call handling and administration is preferred but not essential. The interview process will be an initial phone call with the care navigation team manager. If the phone interview is a success you will be invited for a face to face meeting, including a skills test.
