MINDFULNESS FOR STRESS
The Eight Week Course
Avoid developing long term physical or mental health conditions by learning how to manage stress
The next course will run on Tuesday evenings 6 – 8.15pm
at The Chipping Norton Health Centre
Starting 23rd October – 11th December
Modern day life can be stressful and exhausting at times with many people experiencing more and more pressure at work, in family life or in society in general. Unhelpful thoughts and feelings tend to develop as a reaction to stress, which can become overwhelming and often lead to low mood, anxiety and depression. Mindfulness practises teach us to respond kindly to our stress and establish a new relationship with our problems so that they become more manageable.
