COVID vaccination booster programme

The National Government Booster program is now underway and in line with this we are beginning to invite our patients to book a booster vaccination at CNHC.

As before, we will be inviting patients in line with the government recommendations of cohort priority, beginning with those aged over 80 years, those that are clinically vulnerable and those living in care homes.

When you are eligible you will be sent a text from us inviting you to book into one of our available clinics. These will predominately be evenings and weekends to avoid disruption with our general practice. If you cannot use the text to book your appointment don’t worry you will be called by a member of staff in due course.

If you have received a letter or text from the National Booking Service inviting you to book a booster vaccination – you are welcome to book yourself an appointment independently through the National Booking System. You will also get an invite from us in due course.

Please be patient with us while we work through our invites. We have a large number of patients to work through but we aim to contact everyone as soon as we can.

Please do not call the Health Centre mainline or come to speak to the front desk regarding your COVID booster as the care navigators cannot book these appointments and do not manage these clinics.
