Care Navigator/ Administrator vacancy

We are looking for a motivated individual with exceptional telephony manner to join our Care Navigation team based in reception.

The role will include call handling which involves booking appointments and managing patient queries. Duties will include administrative tasks working with the clinical team to achieve quality outcome framework targets. Full training will be given.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be able to deliver excellent customer service.

This role will include a shift pattern that could include late evenings. We are looking for someone interested in flexible working for a minimum of 25 hours per week.
