Mindfulness for Stress Course

A Mindfulness for Stress 8-week course takes place at Chipping Norton Health Centre on Wednesday evenings, 18:00-20:15, starting on 21th October 2020.

The course is being run by an occupational therapist/stress management coach/mindfulness facilitator with over 30 years’ work experience of stress related health conditions.
