Banbury Parkrun is held every Saturday morning 9am at the Spiceball Park (OX16 2QU). Those taking part can run at their own pace and are running for themselves not against the other participants. The initiative is organised completely by volunteers. It costs nothing for you to join, you just need to register online so you gain a park run barcode to enable you to participate.
